Directions
- Cut the zucchini and eggplant into small cubes, and the cabbage and bell pepper into strips. ≈ 8 min
- First, sauté the onions in a large pan with oil paint, then add the zucchini and eggplant once they are golden brown.
- Add some fat and then incorporate the cabbage and peppers. ≈ 4 min
- Continue to cook over low heat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the tomato puree, water, broth, and spices.
- After lightly cooking the vegetables, add the sauce and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Served hot. ≈ 2 min
