Vegan tiramisu made with tofu

This vegan tiramisu, made without any animal products, retains all its deliciousness thanks to a cream made from tofu and soy. The coffee-soaked ladyfingers complete the dish.

Directions
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
- Mix the sugar and cornstarch with a few tablespoons of water. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the tofu with the lemon juice and soy milk until you have a smooth cream, then mix it with the flour mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Whisk the soy cream and gently fold it into the tofu cream. ≈ 10 min
- Soak the cookies in the coffee: they should be well-saturated, but not soggy.
- Arrange a layer of cookies in a dish, cover with a layer of cream, and sprinkle with cocoa. Repeat for the subsequent layers. ≈ 2 min
- Finish by sprinkling with chocolate shavings. ≈ 2 min
- Place the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow it to set.
