Directions
- In a pan with 40g of melted butter, gently cook the cutlets on each side until golden brown, then season with salt and pepper and set aside on the serving dish.
- In the cooking liquid, add the chopped onion back in.
- Once it starts to take on color, over low heat, add the crème fraîche and the crumbled Munster cheese.
- Cook the sauce until it is thick and creamy, then season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the schnitzel with the Munster cheese sauce and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min

- You can also add some walnut pieces along with the onions. ≈ 3 min
