Directions
- Let the yogurt sit for about an hour.
- Peel the cucumber and squeeze out any excess liquid through a sieve. ≈ 8 min
- Combine all the ingredients with the yogurt. ≈ 4 min
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- If you would like to let the tzatziki marinate for a longer period, add the salt just before serving, as the salt will dilute the yogurt.
