Four-quarters, butter and lemon cake
A simple and fluffy shortbread, made with sugar, flour, butter, and egg, and flavored with lemon zest. Easy to make, perfect for a quick treat.
The quatre-quarts (literally “four-quarters”) gets its name from the fact that it uses four equal-sized ingredients. It can be prepared in just a few minutes and keeps well for several days.
