Directions
- In a pot, combine the sugar and coconut water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved, then strain the mixture and let it cool.
- Combine the rice flour and cassava flour with the sour cream. Gradually add the sugar and coconut water mixture, mixing well after each addition. ≈ 4 min
- Divide the dough into three portions: one white, one pink, and one lime green. ≈ 3 min
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place a baking dish on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of the white dough in the dish, then bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and cover it with the pink dough. Repeat the process with the green dough.
- Cut the pie into pieces and serve cold. ≈ 8 min
