Tartiflette with feta and potatoes
An original, flavorful take on tartiflette made with feta, perfect for a cozy dinner served with a big green salad.
Tartiflette was originally a hearty dish inspired by the péla des Aravis, a traditional potato (“tartiflâ” in the Savoyard dialect) and onion bake from the Savoie region of the French Alps. The modern version made with Reblochon cheese took off in the 1980s as the ultimate comfort food of mountain winters.
In this feta version, we pair the generous spirit of the Alps with the fresh, salty notes of the Mediterranean! Tender potatoes meet tangy, golden-baked feta for an original, flavorful and slightly lighter alternative to the traditional dish.
