Directions

  1. Cut the taro into medium-sized pieces and cook it in a pot of water until it is tender. Drain it.
  2. Mix the cassava flour with 120 ml of water to form a pliable dough. ≈ 10 min
  3. Place the cassava and cooked taro in a mortar and grind together until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 3 min
