Directions
- Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Add the milk and oil paint to the dry ingredients and mix quickly until a smooth paste forms. ≈ 4 min
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape them into flat discs about 1.5 cm thick. Cut each disc into four slices using a knife or a pastry wheel. Make a few slits on the surface of the slices. ≈ 10 min
- Bake the potatoes in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes.
