Directions
- Wash the sweet potatoes and place them in a large bowl. Bake them in the oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour, and then let them cool slightly.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
- Place the sweet, baked apples in a baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the orange juice, pulp, peel, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt in a pot. Cook until the sauce is clear and thick.
- Add the pineapple slices and chopped hazelnuts, then spread the mixture evenly over the slices of sweet apple. ≈ 3 min
- Place the dish in the oven at 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and place the marshmallows on top.
- Add the dish to the oven and bake until the marshmallows are caramelized.
