Directions
- Pour the breadcrumbs and water into a large salad bowl and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the 2 whole eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix in the ground meat and work until a creamy paste forms; if needed, add a little milk. ≈ 4 min
- Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning as needed. ≈ 2 min
- Shape the steaks and place them in a pan with plenty of butter. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning frequently, until the meat is cooked through and not browned.
- About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the pasta to the boiling, salted water, along with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Drain the pasta, and serve with the steaks and cherry tomatoes. ≈ 2 min
