Directions
- Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top, and scoop out the flesh. Chop the flesh into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Wash, dry, and chop the lettuce. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the cucumber and chop it into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Prepare the sauce: mix the lemon juice with the salt and pepper, then add the olive oil. ≈ 4 min
- Pour les légumes, add the sauce and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the cheese slices into triangles and skewer them on toothpicks. Garnish the tomatoes with salad and arrange the cheese slices on top. ≈ 10 min
