Directions
- Cut off the top of the apples. Remove the insides and set them aside. Place the apples in a heat-resistant dish and put the tops back on. ≈ 8 min
- Pour the water into the dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the bottom of the oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven, let it cool, then pour the remaining water over the apples and gently squeeze them to open. Squeeze them again to close them, and then squeeze them one last time to open them slightly.
- Combine the rice, curry paste, apple, pumpkin, carrot, chili pepper, margarine, and garam masala in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Fill the potatoes with this mixture and replace the top. Place the dish back in the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
