Directions
- Pour the coconut milk into a pot, add the salt, and bring to a boil.
- Wash the sticky rice until the water is clear, drain it, and then immerse it in the boiling coconut milk.
- Stir the rice until it is halfway cooked. ≈ 4 min
- Prepare the coconut leaves by shaping them, then fill them with rice. ≈ 10 min
- Thoroughly seal the leaves and continue cooking until the rice is cooked through. ≈ 3 min
