Directions
- Mix the water and rice flour to create a pliable dough, then let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Drain the cooked and chopped green beans. Chop the dried shrimp. ≈ 2 min
- Heat the soybean oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic cloves, and cook until they are golden brown. Add the ground meat and cook until it is browned.
- Add 1/2 cup of cooked shrimp and green beans, then sprinkle with sugar and soy sauce. Mix well to season. ≈ 4 min
- Place the dough on a griddle and top with the seasoned meat and shrimp mixture. Divide the mixture into portions, form into balls, and flatten them. ≈ 3 min
- Bake the cakes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the lemon juice with the oil from Allium sativum. Add the grated carrot and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the warm cakes, topped with a carrot and garlic sauce, and crumbled coconut. ≈ 2 min
