Baked apples, with their skins intact, cooked in a pressure cooker or in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil, tested with a toothpick.

Directions
- Steamed (a pressure cooker is recommended): Thoroughly clean the apples to remove dirt and impurities. Place them in the steamer basket or on the steaming rack, ensuring they don’t touch the water, and cook for approximately 12 to 14 minutes from the start of the valve’s rotation.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a toothpick: if it goes in easily without resistance, they are cooked. ≈ 3 min
- In the oven or on the grill: clean them in the same way, wrap them in aluminum foil, and cook them over low heat for almost an hour. Repeat the test with a toothpick.
