Directions

  1. Cook and peel the shrimp, then cut them in half. Cook the pork and slice it. Cook the rice vermicelli.
  2. Fill a bowl with warm water and soak the wafers one at a time to soften them. Once they are soft, lay them out on a plate.
  3. In the center of the pancake, arrange the lettuce, carrot, cucumber, shrimp, pork, vermicelli, and herbs. ≈ 3 min
  4. Fold the two edges over the filling and roll to secure. ≈ 10 min
  5. Place the rolls on a plate and sprinkle with peanuts. ≈ 2 min
