Directions
- Soak the rice for 3 to 4 hours, then rinse it thoroughly.

- Dissolve a small amount of sugar in water, then gently remove the plant. ≈ 3 min
- Add a generous amount of fresh ginger, finely chopped. ≈ 3 min
- Add melted sugar from rice, along with a mixture of fruits. ≈ 3 min
- Combine palm sugar, cardamom powder, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Add enough water to achieve a consistency similar to that of bread dough. ≈ 3 min
- The bread can be baked for approximately 3 to 4 hours.
- Heat some oil paint in a pan (or a crepe pan).
- Add the dough and cook on both sides until golden brown and puffed up.
