Directions

  1. pear, pepper, small Chinese cabbage (pak choi), finely chop and cook separately.
  2. Cook the tofu slices in a simmering vegetable broth.
  3. Next, mix the sunflower seeds and soy sauce. ≈ 3 min
  4. Cut the glass noodles into small pieces, about 3 cm long. ≈ 8 min
  5. In boiling water, cook for 10 minutes, then drain.
  6. Now, put everything in a large salad bowl. ≈ 3 min
  7. Concentrated tomato paste, Sambal Oelek, vinegar, pepper, and other ingredients, to be added. ≈ 3 min
  8. Mix well and let it rest.
