Spiced jackfruit seed chorchori
A simple Bangladeshi dish: boiled and peeled mustard seeds, sautéed with mustard oil, onion, garlic, green chili peppers, turmeric, cumin, and cilantro.
The seeds of the sawtooth herb, after being boiled and peeled, have a texture similar to chestnuts. When sautéed with spices, they make a simple and nutritious chorchori, which can be eaten with rice.
