Directions

  1. Submerge the vermicelli in boiling water with a few drops of oil for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly. Season with oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder, and mix well to coat the vermicelli.
  2. Prepare the egg with finely chopped chives and 1/2 teaspoon of powdered bouillon. Cook a thin omelette, roll it up, and then cut it into small triangles.
  3. Chop the Allium ascalonicum and coat it in oil paint, then remove it. Cut the shrimp into pieces, coat them in oil paint as well, and then mix them with the vermicelli.
  4. Sauté the vermicelli and shrimp in a hot pan until the edges are browned. Arrange in a dish, alternating shrimp and omelette, and serve immediately.
