Directions
- First, clean the shrimp and cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Boil a potato, then mash it thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground crab, chopped onion, garlic and ginger mixture, chopped fresh chili pepper, cilantro, boiled potatoes, lemon juice, salt, spices, and cumin powder.
- If necessary, add a little breadcrumbs or bread flour to the mixture to make it firmer and easier to form into skewers. ≈ 3 min
- Now, take a small portion of this sticky mixture and, using your hands, shape it into small balls or elongated shapes to create skewers. ≈ 10 min
- Whisk an egg and dip each skewer into the whisked egg, then sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.
- Now, heat some oil in a pan and cook the skewers over medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Next, place the grilled chicken skewers on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve the shrimp skewers hot, with parsley sauce, tomato sauce, or kashandi sauce. ≈ 2 min
