Directions
- Peel the Allium ascalonicum and finely chop them. ≈ 8 min

- Melt 25g of butter in a pan and brown the Allium ascalonicum (also known as scallions or green onions) for 3 minutes.

- Add 50g of butter to the same pan and fry the steaks on all sides over high heat.
