Directions
- Boil some water, add a pinch of salt, and cook the young cabbage leaves for 3 minutes. Drain and cool.
- We soak the almonds: we submerge them in boiling water, then let them cool before peeling them.
- Heat some oil paint in a pan and fry the walnuts until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the heat and mix with the young cabbage leaves. ≈ 4 min
- In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil paint, garlic, a pinch of sugar, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the sauce over the mixture of kale and walnuts. ≈ 3 min
