Directions
- Accurately weigh all the ingredients and prepare them. ≈ 2 min
- Crack each egg individually, separating the whites from the yolks. ≈ 3 min
- Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks, adding the salt. Once they begin to form, gradually add 50g of sugar. ≈ 10 min
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the remaining sugar with the egg yolks until you have a light and fluffy mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Meanwhile, add half of the flour to the dough, followed by the melted butter. ≈ 4 min
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. ≈ 4 min
- Finally, add the remaining flour, mixing gently. ≈ 3 min
- Keep the dough ready for your baking recipe. ≈ 3 min
- Bake the dough for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
