Directions
- First, pour the flour into a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Place the container on a low heat source and allow it to simmer gently.
- When the flour changes color, going from a pure white to a beige hue, add the vanilla. ≈ 3 min
- Next, add the rice flour and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Try to sift the flour. ≈ 2 min
- While you’re doing that, prepare the cake syrup by bringing it to a boil over medium heat.
- Once the syrup has come to a boil, turn off the heat.
- Next, add the flour and butter. ≈ 3 min
- Once the mixture starts to thicken, similar to how you would make a pancake, you’ll notice that you no longer need to add any flour. ≈ 3 min
- Cook it for a few minutes on each side.
- Remove the container from the heat source and add the syrup to the already cooked flour. ≈ 3 min
- Stir quickly until the mixture is uniform. ≈ 4 min
- Continue to stir the syrup until it thickens.
- Meanwhile, stir the container to ensure the syrup mixes well and has a soft, pleasant texture. ≈ 4 min
