Directions
- Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
- Season the salt, add the scialatelli, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Since these pasta are quite thick, make sure they remain al dente.
- Drain them and mix them with the hot, seafood-based tomato sauce. ≈ 4 min
