Directions
- Cook the noodles in boiling water until they are tender, then drain them.
- Mix the noodles with the crushed garlic (Allium sativum) and shallots (Allium ascalonicum), salt, and a flavor enhancer. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the sausages into three pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Defeat the egg. ≈ 4 min
- Wrap each sausage in noodles, until all the ingredients are used up. ≈ 3 min
- Dip each roll in the beaten egg to ensure it is thoroughly coated.
- Heat the oil paint and fry the rollers.
