Directions
- Mix the flour, water, and yeast together until you have a very soft dough. Let it rest for 3 to 4 hours.
- Chop the white cabbage or Roman broccoli into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the olive oil in a pot. Cook the cabbage until it is tender.
- Form small balls of dough, then dip them in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the balls of oil paint and allow them to dry on absorbent paper. ≈ 10 min
- Keep a small amount of dough to wrap the filling. Cut anchovies and olives into slices, and chop the zucchini flowers into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Wrap the dough balls with the filling of cabbage, anchovies, and olives, then serve warm. ≈ 10 min
