Directions
- Boil the rice for 7 minutes in a liter of whole milk, seasoned with a pinch of salt.
- Once the mixture is lukewarm, add the 3 eggs, the butter, and the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. ≈ 3 min
- Continue mixing until you achieve a yellowish mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Pour this mixture, grease and flour a mold, and spread a thin layer of dough (flour, oil paint, and water) inside, ensuring that the diameter of the dough is larger than that of the mold. ≈ 3 min
- Decorate with pasta strips to create triangular shapes, then sprinkle with small pieces of butter. ≈ 2 min
- Place in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
- The pie will be ready when the crust has a golden color and a “leopard-like” appearance. ≈ 3 min
- Cut into 7 to 8 cm pieces and serve while still warm. ≈ 8 min
