Directions

  1. whisk the eggs with the sugar until you have a light and fluffy mixture. ≈ 4 min
  2. Mix the flour and yeast together, then sift the ingredients together. ≈ 4 min
  3. Gradually add the flour to the dough, mixing gently with a spoon. ≈ 3 min
  4. Grease the molds and line the bottoms with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the molds. ≈ 4 min
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for a minimum of 45 minutes. Let cool in the molds.
  6. Soak the cookies in a syrup made by boiling water with sugar, and add rum or other liqueurs if desired.
