  1. Fry the dried fish until they are crispy.

Ingredients

  • About 1 handful of small, dried fish (such as anchovies)
  • 300 g of oysters
  • 1 ginger flower button
  • 2 hot white peppers (or green, if unavailable)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Allium ascalonicum
  • A few leaves of lettuce or young sprouts (very few)
  • salt
  • A touch of oil paint
  • Flavor enhancer (glutamate), optional
