Directions
- First, wash the rabbits and make a few incisions on their surface to help the flavors penetrate. ≈ 2 min
- Prepare a seasoning mixture by combining salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh herbs, and chopped garlic. ≈ 2 min
- Apply the seasonings evenly to the surface and inside of the rodent, ensuring that each part is thoroughly coated. ≈ 2 min
- Slice the lemons and place them inside the rodent’s enclosure to provide a refreshing scent. ≈ 8 min
- Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature (usually between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the rabbits in an oven-safe dish. ≈ 3 min
- Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake for a certain period of time (the cooking time will depend on the size of the rodent, typically between 1 and 2 hours).
- To ensure even cooking of the rodent, it is recommended to turn it regularly. ≈ 3 min

- Once the rabbits are cooked and have a golden color, remove them from the oven.
