Risotto is a traditional Italian dish made with Arborio rice. It requires a bit of patience, but the creamy texture and exquisite flavors make it well worth the effort.

Directions
- Finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- Sauté the onion in a pot with a little olive oil until it becomes translucent.
- Add the Arborio rice and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the in white wine and let it simmer until it is completely absorbed.
- Gradually add the chicken broth, one ladleful at a time, while constantly stirring until the liquid is absorbed by the rice. This takes approximately 20 minutes.
- Once the rice is cooked al dente and has a creamy texture, add the butter and Parmesan cheese, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
