Directions
- Combine 150g of flour with the salt, 75g of sugar, 15g of cocoa, and 75g of softened butter. ≈ 4 min
- Work well with the dough mixer, then knead the dough by hand. ≈ 10 min
- Place the dough in a round mold and prick it with a fork. ≈ 3 min
- Place it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Mix the remaining flour with 100g of sugar, the remaining butter, 15g of cocoa, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the mixture with your fingers to create a crumble. ≈ 3 min
- Whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Add the yogurt, cream, and cornstarch, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Incorporate the bilberries. ≈ 4 min
- Pour evenly distribute the mixture, pour it over the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle with crumble topping. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in the oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
