Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a suitable pan, then add the onion, chili puree, and tomatoes, along with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the ingredients for a few minutes until the onion and tomatoes are softened.
  3. Next, add the semolina and chicken broth.
  4. Let it simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, covered, until the ingredients are cooked and the water has been absorbed by the semolina.
