Directions
- The sweet potatoes are peeled, thoroughly washed, and then cut into pieces about 5 cm in size. ≈ 3 min
- Cook the sweet potato until it is tender.
- Allow to cool completely so that the steam dissipates.
- Mix the cassava flour, a pinch of salt, and sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Mash until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 4 min
- Feel free to add some color if you like. ≈ 3 min
- Serve hot, sprinkled with shredded coconut. ≈ 2 min
