Directions
- Chop the onion and sauté it in a deep pan with a little oil.
- Grate the zucchini using a grater with large holes and add it to the pan.
- Salt, pepper, mix, cover, and let cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Submerge each rice leaf for a few seconds, then immediately spread it out on a dishcloth.
- Place two spoonfuls of filling, about 3 cm from the right edge of the pastry. ≈ 3 min
- Fold the top and bottom, then roll from right to left. ≈ 10 min
- Serve hot, with soy sauce. ≈ 2 min
