Directions
- Finely chop the cabbage and salt it. ≈ 8 min
- Recreate the onion, garlic, and bacon in oil paint, then add the cabbage.
- When the cabbage is tender, sprinkle it with flour and pour in the broth.
- Add the sausage, bell pepper, and bay leaf, then simmer over low heat for about half an hour.
- Finish with a glass of sherry or prosecco, and serve the soup with the hard-boiled egg, cut into pieces. ≈ 2 min
