Directions
- First, clean the mussels and blanch them briefly in boiling water.
- Next, separate the mussels from their shells, and make sure to thoroughly clean the shells. ≈ 8 min
- Slice the clams, asparagus, and ham. ≈ 8 min
- In a bowl, combine the fish (catfish), ground meat, oil paint, salt, chicken broth, rice wine, eggs, and chopped onions.
- The mussel shells are first cooked in boiling salted water, and then again in hot water.
- Once removed, the shells are drained. ≈ 3 min
- Next, the inside of each shell is covered with a sauce made from fish and ham. ≈ 3 min
- Finally, the mussels are placed on top. ≈ 3 min
- We bring water to a boil in a steamer, then place the shells in the steamer for 10 minutes.
- Once removed, the plates are arranged on a serving dish. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare the spices for cooking in a pan, and bring to a boil until bubbles form and the liquid stops boiling.
- Before serving, add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the oysters, then heat the pan and pour hot oil over the oysters.
