This rainbow jelly is layered in glasses, one on top of the other, using five different colored fruit juices. Each layer must set before the next one is added.

Directions

  1. Pour the 250 ml of juice into a small pot, heat it, and add the sugar. Whisk, and when the sugar has melted, turn off the heat.
  2. Pour the gelatin powder into the container of the first juice and whisk until it is well incorporated. ≈ 4 min
  3. A white foam will form when whisking: remove it to achieve a more appealing result. ≈ 3 min
  4. Place the pot in a container of cold water. Once the liquid has cooled, pour it into 8 glasses.
  5. Place the glasses in the refrigerator and wait for them to chill. While you’re doing that, repeat steps 1-4 with a different color, then pour it over the chilled and set layer.

  • 5 different flavored and colored fruit juices (250 ml each)
  • 5 sachets of powdered gelatin (5g each)
  • 2 small pieces of rock candy per flavor (adjust according to the sweetness of the juice)
