Directions
- First, coat the rabbit in melted butter, then season with meat spices, salt, pepper, and/or a bouillon cube.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- While you’re doing that, lightly pan-fry some salted bacon slices.
- Once the rabbit pieces are cooked through, add the beer, thyme, and bay leaf. ≈ 3 min
- Spread mustard on a slice of bread and place it at the bottom of the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over very low heat for at least 45 minutes.
- About 20 minutes before the end of cooking, add the peaches.
- After adding the kidney beans, add a jar of strawberry jam, a cup of sweet and sour onion (with half of the juice), and the pre-cooked bacon, cut into pieces. ≈ 3 min
- Cook in a pan for approximately 2 hours.
- Serve with plums (without the pits). ≈ 2 min
