Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and anchovies.
- When the garlic releases its aroma and the anchovies soften, add the chopped chili peppers. ≈ 3 min
- Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Let it simmer over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Add the olives and capers, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the parsley, mix, and turn off the heat. ≈ 4 min
