- Cut the pumpkin in half or into several pieces, remove the seeds, and line the inside with aluminum foil. Bake some pieces in the rotating oven for about 40 minutes, depending on the size and variety of the pumpkin.
- Next, use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from the pieces. ≈ 3 min
- If the meat is still too firm, continue to cook it in the pot using the following method.
- Cut the pumpkin into pieces and remove the seeds. Peel the pumpkin, then chop the flesh into small cubes or slices. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the pumpkin until it is tender. Add a little water to prevent it from sticking.
