Directions
- Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Pour in the sugar and do not stir until it has completely melted. Reduce the heat to prevent burning, then stir vigorously.
- Once the sugar has melted into a smooth liquid, add the sesame seeds and cardamom, turn off the heat, and pour onto a stainless steel tray, shaping it into the desired form. Let it cool completely.
- To clean a sticky pan and spoon, fill the pan with a little water, add the spoon, and bring to a simmer.
