Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough, adding the white wine at the end to bind the mixture (cocoa can be replaced with chocolate chips). ≈ 4 min
- Create a crown or a long, round sausage about 3 to 4 cm high and approximately 60 cm long. Make cuts in the tarallo, without cutting through the entire dough. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
