Directions
- Combine all the ingredients using a stand mixer until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 10 min
- Allow the dough to rise, if possible in a proofing cabinet.
- Shape the small bread rolls, approximately 120g each, in this recipe. ≈ 10 min
- Place them on a baking sheet and bake at 170-180 °C for about 20 minutes, for 120g loaves.
- Take the bread out of the oven: it smells wonderful and has a beautiful color.
