Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Finely chop the white onion and sauté it in hot oil.
- Finely chop the bell peppers and add them to the pan.
- Brown the vegetables over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and tomato sauce, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the oregano, pumpkin seed flour, and sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Mix well and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add basil and thyme for flavor. ≈ 3 min
