Directions
- Combine the sugar and butter. ≈ 4 min
- Add the eggs one at a time. ≈ 3 min
- Focus on working with (preferably electric) equipment. ≈ 3 min
- Add the almond flour, pink-colored sprinkles, and baking powder. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan, or preferably one lined with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for 30 minutes at 150 °C (300 °F) in a conventional oven.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) in a gas oven.
