Gelatinão is a refreshing and very simple Brazilian dessert. It consists of cooked pineapple in a light syrup, followed by a gelatine flavored with pineapple.

Directions
- Cut the pineapple into pieces and place them in a pot with the sugar and water. ≈ 8 min
- Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the powdered gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. ≈ 4 min
- Pour servir, pourver the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
